Primary Responsibilities:
Expand and manage business for well established and thriving mortgage companies in the San Jose and
Sacramento areas.
Essential Functions:
- Continually maintain and strengthen database of non-client, existing client
and past-client records
- Lead mortgage process with excellent communication and
follow-up abilities
- Expand and further develop partnership opportunities/pillars
on a consistent basis
- Strive for continual growth in Mortgage lending competency
Job Qualifications:
- Knowledge of products and services
- Knowledge of loan
policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to maintain superior time management skills
