BRIAN PUGH President and CEO As President and CEO, Brian is based out of the firm's Folsom headquarters and oversees the company's operations in Northern California. Prior to CAPITAL EXECUTIVE SEARCH CONSULTANTS, Brian was Vice President and Regional Managing Director for Spherion and managed the firm's Pacific Northwest Professional Services Division. Brian has over 12 years experience in executive searches for all levels of management positions, as well as vast search experience in the functional areas of banking and mortgage, marketing and sales, finance and accounting, manufacturing, operations and strategic planning and information technology. Brian holds a Double Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Davis in Organizational Studies and Rhetoric & Communications.

TARA PUGH Director of Professional Staffing As Director of Professional Staffing, Tara manages the company's staffing and recruiting operations in Northern California. She is based out of the firm's Folsom headquarters and serves as the first point of contact for candidates during the recruiting process. Tara has over 10 years experience in human resource administration and recruiting. Prior to CAPITAL EXECTUIVE SEARCH CONSULTANTS she worked in a variety of human resource and recruiting roles for companies throughout California. Tara is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and a member of the Folsom Chamber of Commerce.
